Dreams with Wings provides services for intellectually and developmentally disabled  community, including autism across Louisville.  Our services and programs include housing, therapies, summer programs and more. About 83% of our funding comes from Medicaid, with the rest stemming from donations, grants and fundraisers.

“A rate cut means not only do we have to cut what we’re doing currently, it means what the future looks for us. Will we continue to provide all these services? Will we downsize those?” Executive Director Jennifer Frommeyer wondered. “You know, I have to believe people knew these cuts were coming way before we got our notice a few weeks ago. So we have a short bandwidth to try to figure out what are we going to do in the next three weeks.”
